Custom Air, one word ..Integrity. Custom Air was professional and pleasant for which to work, from sales to installers to repair techs. After five bids from another companies, I had Custom Air install a mini split system in our condo. Once installed, the unit had some factory detects, which is rare, but it happens. Custom Air relentlessly work on the unit until it was working properly. It was a long process to find what was defected, but Custom Air would not give up. Custom Air continuously kept me updated on the progress, including a personal visit from upper management to ensure us that Custom Air takes care of their customers, and they do! I have been on the construction industry for over 40 years, I have dealt with hundreds of contractors, I have never had a contractor respond as well as Custom Air. Five Stars!

Fantastic value, kind and compassionate people, and wonderful service! I could not be more pleased with Custom Air, throughout the entire process. The consultation with Chris was easy; I didn't feel pressured at all and he proposed a system that I specifically requested (variable speed 96 AFUE/16 SEER). The price was better than those I received from other HVAC companies who recommended inferior equipment, and by hundreds of dollars. This was a massive relief as I'd been dealing with high-pressure salesmen from other HVAC companies, which was causing a lot of anxiety and stress. I was honestly considering going without air conditioning, but I knew that prices wouldn't be going down between now and next year. Dealing with Chris didn't even feel like a "sale"; it felt more like having a trusted friend talk me through a difficult situation. He made me feel comfortable and instilled an even greater amount of trust that I would be treated fairly. The moment I saw the proposal Chris had created, I knew that it was the right deal for my family and I. As soon as I sent back the signed contract, it was like having a boulder lifted off of my shoulders. Scheduling was easy and on my timetable- nothing was forced upon me, it was all about what was best for us. Mike and Spencer, our technicians, arrived on time and the service was impeccable. While our home is modest, they treated it like it was the most expensive mansion they've ever serviced. They asked good questions, talked me through the process and made sure that I was comfortable with their plan. I felt fully informed, respected, and empowered. They were kind and patient with my tiny but barky dogs, sharing anecdotes and laughs about their pets also. They worked fast- our system was installed in just about 5 hours after they arrived, and they left my home in better condition than it was when they arrived. I have a bad habit of keeping clean laundry on a horizontal pole in my basement. It was hanging from denim "ropes" (installed by the previous owner) and one of the ropes broke while they were installing the new PVC piping. Not only did they pick up and tidy the clothes- which I wouldn't have expected since it wasn't their fault that things fell- they also installed new J-hooks to better hold and stabilize the clothes rack! I didn't even have to ask, but they did confirm that I was ok with them installing the J-hooks. Upon completing the installation, they walked me through the work they completed, talked me through the maintenance and (very fair) warranty, and helped me set up my thermostat. Honestly amazing people, and I appreciate them greatly. I felt heard, respected, and was treated with kindness throughout this entire process. Custom Air carries a reputation for being expensive, but I think that is because they do such amazing work. They were actually *less expensive* than the competition, and I got a brand new ENERGY STAR certified furnace and air conditioner for less than the other companies quoted me for 80 AFUE / 13 SEER equipment. I cannot recommend giving Custom Air a chance to earn your strongly enough- I'm sure that you'll be just as pleased as I am. THANK YOU, CUSTOM AIR!

We’ve been customers of Custom Air for many years and have always been happy with the service and products we’ve received. Having lived in our home for 32 years, we’ve gone through a few replacements and upgrades over the years. We’ve also had a service contract every year in which a service rep comes out 2 x per year to check the system and clean the filter, and we get a small discount for the rare occasions that we need actual service. Most recently our service rep was OJ Jackson. He arrived right on time, explained everything, and was very thorough and professional. We appreciate the service we get to keep our systems working most efficiently and I highly recommend this company.
